Absolutely! The best way to see which practitioners are able to book in new clients is to visit our Online Booking Portal.
Practitioners who are unable to take new clients will specify “RETURNING CLIENTS ONLY” in their bookings.

Each practitioner charges a different fee based on their education, experience, and specialties offered. You can view each practitioner’s specific fee by visiting the Online Booking Portal here!
We kindly ask that clients leave a credit card on file, however we also accept all major forms of payment. Check out our Fee Policy here.
Each insurance company and policy will vary per person. We recommend that you reach out directly to your insurance company or benefits administrator to inquire about the specifics of your policy. You will want to know which practitioner designations are covered (psychologist, counsellor, social worker, etc.) and the specifics of your benefits.

We recognize how vital it is to feel comfortable with your practitioner. If you feel you are not connecting with the practitioner you are working with, we welcome you to discuss your concerns with the practitioner or one of our administrators. We will do all we can to ensure that an appropriate match is made.
Working with children and teens is a collaborative process and we love it when parents are involved! It is valuable when practitioners and parents can work together, so that techniques and therapeutic suggestions are being applied consistently, and on the same level. Every situation is different, every circumstance unique. Our practitioners often utilize 1-3 sessions to understand the presenting concerns and work together to develop a plan and a timeline after that.
Sessions can vary but are typically around 50 minutes long, leaving your practitioner 10 minutes to finish notes, charts, and requests. Check out our counselling team to see their specific session lengths.

Yes! We are pleased to offer online counselling through secure, third-party software. Visit our Online Booking Portal to book a virtual session.
Run Free welcomes all clients regardless of background or preference! If faith-based counselling is not your preference, our practitioners will gladly honour that request. You can let us know by checking the appropriate boxes on our intake form.
